Hike Supply Return Policy
If you have any complaints or are not satisfied with your product, you can return your order within 60 days, provided that you meet the conditions listed at the bottom of this page. After we receive the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 business days.

We accept returns under the following circumstances:
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is processed, within 30 minutes of purchase. Once processed, the order can no longer be canceled.
Damaged Upon Delivery
If the product arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Manufacturing Defect or Malfunction After Use
If you encounter issues with the manufacturing or functionality of the product, contact us. We offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement or a refund.
Changed Your Mind About the Purchase
If you regret your purchase, you can return the product in its original condition within 60 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange the product, contact us. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a quick solution.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us
Send an email to support@hike-supply.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If necessary, attach clear photos of any damage or issues.
2. Return Approval
Our customer service team will respond with instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return via Shipping
Ship the product to the provided address. Make sure the product is well-packed to avoid damage during transit. Include a Track & Trace code with the package.
As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and we want to avoid misunderstandings. Send the Track & Trace code to support@hike-supply.com so that we can track your return. If you fail to do so, the return may be canceled.
4. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for condition and reason for return. We will then process the refund or exchange according to this procedure.
Important: The return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed by Hike Supply. Since we ship directly via our supplier, the return address is located in China.
Make sure to correctly fill out the return form you receive. Otherwise, the return cannot be processed and will be rejected.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary for using the product, we may charge you for depreciation of the product or refuse the return request. Please handle the product carefully and ensure it is well-packed when returning it.
After we receive the return, the purchase amount will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days.
